Our Policy

Once you have scheduled your appointment, a waiver will be sent. Please read thoroughly and sign prior to your appointment.

Please arrive in the neighborhood, and if driving ... parked, 10 minutes prior to your appointment. There is a lot of traffic and construction, as of late.

**If you are more than 15 minutes late (where we have to reschedule) for your appointment or do not show up, or cancel for ANY reason less then 24 hours notice you will be charged 65% of your service with the credit card on file.

-If you for any reason are not feeling well, please don’t come in. Give us a call and we can cancel and reschedule your appointment.

We are washing hair again! We just ask to not come in with really dirty hair. :)

We are stepping back from mobile peer to peer payment apps. Cash is preferred when tipping. Ask your stylist for other methods, if need be.
** Tipping is not required but appreciated...you're more than welcome to give cash to your stylist.
