Please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. At Bristle Hairdressing, we know that things happen after prescheduled plans. It is our policy to give everyone a second chance.
If a client cancels a second time less than 24 hours, he/she will be subject to a 50% charge of services.
If for any reason he/she is running late, please give us a ring so that we can adjust the schedule accordingly. We like to make sure that the client gets the attention deserved for their scheduled time. However, we will reschedule if he/she is running more than 15 minutes behind.
